WC662 8 years ago #5. If the disc has been dinged or scratched pretty hard on the non readable side, it would destroy the data making that part of the disc non readable. If this isn't the case try having it buffered/resurfaced by a video game store or electronics repair ect. that has a disc repair machine. Then I leave Black Ops 2 open, go to GSC Studio, click Connect, PC, and then Attach the current Redacted process. Then a message pops up saying there isn't a process called t6zm or t6mp currently running, but BO2 is open and working.
